“Triangulum” SRL presents the “Personal Data Processing Security Policy” developed in accordance with the national legislation in force, including Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data, and regulates how this information is collected and used, as well as the conditions for using the information.

1. General Provisions

“Triangulum” SRL presents the security policy regarding the processing of personal data, according to national legislation and for the protection of the personal data of the data subjects.

2. Collection of Personal Data

The purpose of this security policy is to ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data of the data subjects by properly applying national legislation concerning data protection and communication confidentiality.

3. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed using mixed methods (manual and automated), in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects. The client agrees to the processing of their data for the purposes established by “Triangulum” SRL.

4. Information Security

4.1. The security measures for personal data adopted by “Triangulum” SRL are designed to ensure an adequate level of security for the processed data.

4.2. The company uses security methods and technologies, along with security policies applied to employees and working procedures, including control and audit, to protect information systems from unauthorized access and illegal use of personal data.

4.3. The company guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and respects the rights of the data subjects.

4.4. The company does not request sensitive information via email or other communication methods and should not disclose it to third parties without the explicit consent of the client.

5. Principles of Personal Data Processing

5.1. Data is processed in good faith and in accordance with legal provisions.

5.2. Data is collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and further processing will not be incompatible with these purposes.

5.3. The processed data is adequate and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected.

5.4. Personal data is accurate and up-to-date, and inaccurate data will be corrected or deleted.

5.5. Data will not be stored longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

5.6. Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
